■ Anti damping agents (SF Coat series)
The Anti damping is a coating agent made by dissolving fluorine polymer including the water-repellent and oil-repellent perfluoroalkyl group into fluorine solvent.
Coating is easily done by dipping or coating with a brush, for example.
By applying this to implemented PWB and others, a coating film with fluorine polymer is formed on the surface.
This coating layer has extremely low critical tension and is highly water-repellent and oil-repellent.
The characteristics protect the mounted PWB from outdoor air moisture and maintain high reliability for a long time.
The products providing reliability attract attention in the course of the rapidly progressing high densification of mounted PWB in future.
This time, we developed environmental-responsive products dealing with PFOA concerns.

| ■Characteristics as Anti damping agents (as coating liquid) |
(1) Drying at normal temperature is possible
(2) Easy to handle
(3) Nonhazardous products are available
(4) Small influence over substrates and component materials
(5) Environment-responsive products free from PFOA

| ■Characteristics as Anti damping agents (as coating film) |
(1) Low critical surface tension - high water-repellent and moisture-proof
(2) Thin clear coating layers - confirming printing on substrates is possible from the above layers
(3) Carrying out repair soldering from the above coating layers is possible.
(4) Chemically stable |
